By booking a vehicle with Easy Rent, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Eligibility
You must provide accurate personal details, including your full name, phone number, and email, when making a booking. The details provided must match the identification document presented at vehicle pick-up; bookings with mismatched information may be delayed or declined.
3. Vehicle Use, Driver & Petrol
For car rentals booked from Indonesia, a driver and fuel package may be added for an additional daily fee at checkout; for international visitors, a driver and fuel are included automatically with every car rental. Motorbikes are rented self-drive and include 2 helmets; riders are responsible for holding a valid license and complying with local traffic laws.
4. Payment & Pricing
Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway using a credit or debit card. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and automatically converted to USD, EUR, or AUD based on your selected language for your convenience, and a fixed service fee applies to every booking.
5. Pick-up, Return & Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the location and time agreed during booking. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level unless a petrol package is included; additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or excessive cleaning.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please contact our team as soon as possible if your travel plans change.
7. Customer Responsibility & Liability
The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or damage incurred during the rental period that are not covered by a driver-inclusive package. Easy Rent is not liable for delays, losses, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law & Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Easy Rent may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
